Ingredients:
  1 medium   roast
  1 can   french onion soup mix
  1 can   beef broth
  1/2 c   carrots; chopped
  4 medium   potatoes; chopped
Directions:
  Brown roast under broiler, combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low 7-8 hours
