  Bring H2O to boiling and place pot in pan. with salt and cook until tender 12-15mins. While pot. are working combine chicken broth, cream, thyme, lemon peel and steep over med-low heat. Drain pot and pour broth mixture over pot and mash, season with salt and pepper and cover to keep warm
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   yukon gold potatoes
  1/2 cup   chicken broth
  1/2 cup   cream or half & half
    thyme springs
  1   3" piece of lemon peel
    salt & pepper
Directions:
