Mix up and cook pancakes as directed on package (kids can help with this step).
Mean while, cook bacon and eggs (sunny-side-up, over-easy, or over-hard).
Peel and separate the orange so that you have 2 orange slices for each Pancake Smiley Face.
To assemble (kids can help with this step): place a pancake on each plate, and top with 2 eggs (for the eyes), a strip or two of bacon (for the smile), a strawberry in the center (for the nose), and an orange slice on either side of the face (for the ears).
You could really go crazy and make hashbrown potatoes for the hair.
