Four Bean Chilli

Ingredients:
  2 tsp.   Olive Oil
  2 Pieces   Celery
  1   Red Onion
  2 clove   garlic
  1 tbs.   clili powder
  1 can   chopped tomatoes
  3 can   4 bean mix
  1 tbs.   lime juice
    sour cream
Directions:
  1 Heat oil, cook celery and onion.

2 Cook about 6 minutes till soft.

3 Add garlic and chilli, cook 2 minutes.

4 Add tomatoes and beans, bring to boil.

5 Simmer 20 minutes, add lime juice.

6 Add salt and pepper to taste.

7 Serve with sour cream and chopped coriander on top.
