Chicken Stir Fry

Ingredients:
  2   chicken breasts, sliced
  3 T   sesame oil
  2 T   shoyu
  1 1/2 T   rice vinegar
  1 T   chili sauce
  1 cup   broccoli
  1/2 cup   carrots, sliced
  1 bunch   green onions, sliced
Directions:
  Mix the oil, shoyu, vinegar, and chili sauce until hot. Add chicken. Cook until brown. Add veggies and stir fry until as soft as you like them.

Serve over rice or pancakes.
