  Fast yet fancy side-dish featuring asparagus and pancetta (Italian bacon).
Ingredients:
  2 bunch   asparagus cut into 1" pieces
  4 oz   pancetta
  2   shallot
Directions:
  Heat 1 TBSP EVOO over med-high heat. Add pancetta and cook for about 3 mins. Add asparaugs and shallot and cook stirring for 3 more mins.

Ingredients:
  1 med   onion
  1/2 small   bell pepper
  1/2   Butter
  1 quart   Half & Half
  16 ounce   Cheddar Cheese
  1 Bag   Egg Noodles
    green onions
    Bread Crumbs
Directions:
  I prefer Angel Hair Pasta. Use additional milk if it appears too dry.

Saute' onions and bell pepper in butter. I like to cook them completely, add shrimp, cook shrimp 15 minutes. Boil pasta separately. Put in Cheddar Cheese, half and half, green onions and pasta. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish or large casserole dish, top with Bread crumbs. Bake @ 350* for 20-25 minutes.
