Dinner in No Time: Shimp Fettucini Alfredo with Berries & Lemon Curd

  This quick & easy supper will be on the table in no time, and your family will think you spent hours as a gourmet.

Add a sprinkle of garlic powder to the pasta for a kick.

For dessert, simply wash and slice the berries, divide into bowls and top each serving with a spoonful of lemon curd.
In addition to the recipe, you will also need the following for this meal:
  1 pkg.  black berries
  1 pkg.  strawberries
  1 jar  lemon curd

Shrimp Fettucini Pasta

Ingredients:
  1/2 lb   Fettuccini Pasta
  1 T   butter
  1/2 lb   cooked shrimp
  1 C   half and half
  6 T   grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
2. In a large skillet, saute shrimp and garlic in the butter for about one minute. Pour in half and half; stir. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese in one tablespoon at a time, stirring constantly. After all Parmesan is added, mix in parsley and salt. Stir frequently making sure it does not boil. Sauce will take a while to thicken.
3. When sauce has thickened, combine with cooked pasta noodles; serve hot.
