Fried Pork Cutlets and Zucchini

  Fried Pork Cutlets and Zuchini
Ingredients:
  6 Cutlets   Pork (Thin)
  2 Bag   Saltine Crackers
  4 Whole   Eggs
  1/2 Cup   Milk
  1 Medium   Zuchini
    Oil
    Butter
    Salt and Pepper
Directions:
  Trim fat off pork cutlets, rinse and dry. Crush saltine crackers (small food processor is the easiest way). Crush until crackers almost resemble flour. Beat eggs in a small bowl, add milk. Cut zuchini into bit sized circles. Pork is dipped in to egg and crackers and fried on medium in oil. Zuchini is dipped in egg and crackers and fried on low/medium in butter. Season to taste.
