  Easy casserole can be used as main course or side dish. Kids love it! great Family recipe twist on regular mac n cheese.
Ingredients:
  2 c.   Elbow macaroni
  2 Tbsp   oil
  2 Tbsp   flour
  1 15 oz.   can of tomato sauce
  1/4 c.   Chopped Onion
  1 clove   garlic
  1/2 tsp   salt
  1/4 tsp   black pepper
  2 c   shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
  Cook macaroni...
Combine oil & flour in saucepan and heat
Add tomato sauce, garlic, onion, salt, pepper and simmer 10 min.
Add 1 1/2 c. cheese and drained macaroni
Pour into 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top
Cook for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
