A family favorite

Ingredients:

2 lbs

Ground Beef

1 med

onion chopped

celery ribs chopped

2 cups

water

1 lrg. can

mushroom soup

1 TBS

olive oil

2 cups

rice

2 cups

water

Directions:

heat olive oil in pan, saute chopped onion till tender. Add 2 lbs ground beef and cook till browned. Add chopped celery ribs, water and mushroom soup. Prepare rice according to package directions.
