Apple Walnut Parfait

  Layered Greek Yogurt Parfait. Super delicious and perfect to serve as breakfast or even dessert.
Ingredients:
  4 Cups   Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  1 Cup   Crumbled Cinnamon Life Cereal
  1/2 Cup   Finely Diced Apple (Fugi or your favorite)
  1 Tbsp   Sugar (to garnish on top)
  1/2 tsp   Ground Cinnamon
  1/2 cup   Roasted Walnuts
Directions:
  Using a small glass (I recommend a clear one so everyone can appreciate how pretty it is!) layer your ingredients: 1 scoop Vanilla Greek Yogurt, 1 scoop crumbled Cinnamon Life Cereal, 1 scoop Diced Apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon and a few Roasted Walnuts. Repeat this pattern again and this time sprinkle a little sugar on top to garnish. The Greek Vanilla yogurt I used had vanilla bean (tiny little brown dots) that was super creamy (to die for!) and reminded me a little of eating Creme Brûlée. The Cinnamon Life Cereal crumbs added just enough crunch factor and sweetness. So yummy it's easy to forget it's relatively healthy.
