Asian Sauce with elements of sweet, salty and spicy with a smooth, nutty richness. Can serve as a side to Asian dishes or as a bed under stir fried veggies, chicken or tofu.
Ingredients:
  8 oz   angel hair pasta
  3 tbsp   salted butter
  3 cloves   garlic
  3 tbsp   soy sauce
  3 tbsp   rice vinegar
  3 tbsp   brown sugar
  1/2 tsp   toasted sesame oil
  1/8 tsp   red pepper flakes
  2 tbsp   tahini
  2   green onions sliced
Directions:
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil. Add the pasta and cook for 7 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain the pasta and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the garlic and sauté for 2 minutes, or just until the garlic begins to soften.

In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, pour the sauce over the top, and toss to coat. Stir the tahini into the pasta mixture, toss to coat, and allow the residual heat to melt the tahini into the sauce. Sprinkle the green onions over the top and serve.
