Cheater Tzatziki

  Quick cheater dip that tastes like authentic Tzatziki. Sour cream replaces greek yogurt saving time and money.

Ingredients:
  2 cup   Sour Cream
  2 tsp   Dill (fresh is best)
  2 tsp   Minced Garlic (2 cloves)
  2 tsp   Mrs Dash Garlic Blend Seasoning
  1/4 cup   English Cucumber (peeled, seeded) chopped fine
  1 lemon   Zest and juice
Directions:
  Blend all ingredients into a midsize bowl and refrigerate for at least an hour (overnight is better). Excellent with Chicken Souvlaki, or can be used with veggies, crackers, chips as a dip.
