Southwest Cobb Layered Salad

  You can make this ahead and toss just before serving. A great main dish salad.
Ingredients:
  1/2 cup   salsa
  1/4 cup   Italian dressing
  1/2 tsp   cumin
  15 oz   black beans, rinsed and drained
  1   red bell pepper
  1/2 cup   green onions, chopped, (1 bunch)
  8 oz   baby spinach, washed
  8   bacon strips, cooked crisp
  4   eggs, hard boiled
  4 oz   feta cheese, crumbled
  1   tomato, sliced, optional
Directions:
  Mix salsa, dressing and cumin in a large salad bowl. Layer the rest of the ingredients over the dressing in the order given. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Toss just before serving.
