  Taffy apple dip completes this meal.
Ingredients:
  1 8 oz pkge   low fat cream cheese
  3/4 cup   brown sugar
  1 Tbsp   vanilla extract
  1/2 cup   chopped peanuts
  6   apples,cut in wedges
Directions:
  In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture on a small serving plate; top with nuts. Serve with apple wedges. Yield: 6 servings.
