This yummy sandwich is perfect for a cold night. It will warm you up from the inside out.
Ingredients:
  2 lbs   Ground Turkey
2 cups   Italian Style Bread Crumbs
  2   Eggs
  2 tsps   Garlic Powder
  2 tsps   Onion Powder
  1 jar   Spaghetti Sauce
  1 block   Mozarella Cheese
  1 pack   French Rolls
Directions:
Boil 1 quart of water. Mix ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium sized mixing bowl. Make balls out of the mixture. Place the meatballs into the boiling water. They will float to the top when they are done. Pour the jar of spaghetti sauce into another saucepan. Put half of the cooked meatballs into the sauce and cover on low heat for about 15 minutes. Store the other half of the meatballs for another meal. If you'd like to make just enough meatballs for this meal, cut the amount of main ingredients in half.

Preheat oven to 350. Cut French rolls in half, place three slices of cheese on the top part of the roll. It shouldn't take very long to warm the rolls and melt the cheese, so keep an eye on it. Remove from oven and place meatballs in the sandwich. Enjoy!
