  Quick meal
Ingredients:
  1 tablespoon   butter
  1 cup   onions
  1 tablespoon   chopped garlic
  8 ozs   egg noodles
  1 lb   ground beef
  1 can   mushrooms
  1/4 cup   flour
  1 can   beef stock (14 oz)
  1 cup   sour cream (8 oz)
Directions:
  Melt butter in skillet, stir in onions and garlic until softened
cook noodles per package directions
add beef and mushrooms to onion/garlic mix; brown and break up meat as it cooks. Drain if needed. Stir in flour and cook for 2 minutes, stirring often. Slowly add stock to meat mixture. Stir in Sour cream. Simmer for 7-8 minutes, stirring often. Server over noodles
