  This is a version of Hamburgers we make at home. Embellishments are Bell Peppers and Jalapinos
Ingredients:
  1/2 EA   Bell Pepper Diced
  15 oz   Ground Beaf
  1/4 cup   Flour or oatmeal
  1 ea   Egg mixed
  1/2 ea   onion Diced
  1 clove   Garlic
  1 pk   buns, chibata
  5 slice   American Cheeze
Directions:
  Clean the bell peppers, onions, and garlic.

Fine dice the Bell pepper and onion; mince the garlic. Place both in a large mixing bowl.

Hand Mix the ground beef in careful not to over mix the meat. While doing this mix in the mixed egg. If your burger mash is not sticky enough (the veggies add water) add in flour, or oat meal in small quantities until the desired strength is attained. portion and patty the mix.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F place the patties evenly on a flat pan or a broiler pan (the one that has the wholes and the grease trap). Cook for 10 mins flipping them halfway through. [time may vary depending on taste and oven]

Stove Top: heat pan to med-high place burger on pan for 5 mins flip and let cook for 3 minutes.

Grill: heat grill with medium fire or medium heat if using propane; insure there is a catch for the juices. Let cook for 6 minutes. If using a catch remove catch and stoke flames if necessary to attain open flames just below the surface of the grill. blace patty directly on grill for 1 minute then flip.

While waiting on the burgers prep the condiments by placing them in there own self serve containers.

When burgers are at desired temp remove from oven and place single slice on each, tent the burgers and let them rest.

Toast buns to taste.
