Rope Sausage and Potato Bake

  Rope Sausage
Ingredients:
  1 String   Rope Sausage
  3 Med   Potatoes
    Water
    Pam
    Salt
    Pepper
Directions:
  Brown rope sausage in water in a pan. Place sausage cut into 2" pieces and place in 9x13 baking dish sprayed with pam. Add a little water to cover bottom. Place, covered, in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn meat at 15 minutes. Wash and peel potatoes while sausage is baking. Slice potatoes and boil until soft. Drain. Remove sausage from oven and turn. Place sliced potatoes over and around sausage. Add a little water if needed to bottom of pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes.
