Oscars Easy Easy Delicious Chicken

  Recipe found at http://www.zonediet.com/tabid/131/itemid/1001/Oscars-Easy-Easy-Delicious-Chicken.aspx, makes two 3-block meals.
Ingredients:
  6 oz   Chicken Breast
    Salt
  1 tsp   Oregano
  2 tsp   Dried Parsley
  1 Clove   Garlic, minced
  1 tsp   Paprika
  1/2   Lemon, juice
Directions:
  Place Chicken on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with Pam. Coat with spices and lemon on each side. Bake @ 350 degrees, til fork tender.

Divide chicken and serve with a Greek Salad and a piece of fruit, i.e. apple, orange, plum, peach.
