Mommies taco Salad

  A simple to make taco salad, dressed with Western dressing. YUM
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground turkey
  1 pkg   taco seasoning
  1 head   lettuce
  2 cups   shredded cheddar
  1 can   southwestern corn and peppers
  1/4 bottle   Western Dressing
  1/4 bag   crushed tortilla chips
Directions:
  cook turkey according to directions on seasoning packet. while meat simmers, rinse and tear lettuce (or cut with a plastic knife), in large bowl, combine lettuce, corn and cheese (I often add 1/4 can of black beans too) and toss. when meat is finished and drained, add to the salad along with crushed chips and toss. dress with the western dressing and toss until coated.
