Encharidos with Frijoles (JP)

  encharidos with frijoles
Ingredients:
  1 lb   ground beef
  1 each   small onion, chopped
  1 each   green pepper, chopped
  16 oz   refried beans
  8 oz   tomato sauce
  16 oz   enchilada sauce
  3 c   tortilla chips, crushed
  3 c   cheddar cheese, shredded
  1 dash   creole or other spicy seasoning
  1 dash   garlic salt
  1 dash   pepper
  1 pkg   flour tortillas
Directions:
  Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper. Add rest of ingredients (except tortillas). Place some mixture in tortilla, roll and place in 9x13 pan.

Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
