Easy Stuffed peppers

  Quick and easy.
Ingredients:
  4   green peppers
  1 lb   ground beef
  2 cups   cooked rice
  1/4 cup   chopped onion
  1 1/2 tsp   salt
  1/8 tsp   pepper
  1 jar (16oz)   tomato sauce
Directions:
  Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Remove seeds and wash. Combine beef, cooked rice, onions, salt pepper and 1/2 cup of sauce. Pile mixture into peppers in a large baking dish. pour remaining sauce over peppers. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours or until peppers are tender, basting occasionally.
