  Sloppy Joes
Ingredients:
  2 lg   garlic cloves
  1 small   yellow onion quartered
  1 small   green bell pepper seeded and cut into large chunks
    non stick cooking spray
    Salt and pepper to taste
  12 oz   ground turkey breast
  3/4 cup   reduced sugar ketchup
  2/3 cup   water
  2 tbsp   worcestershire sauce
  1 tsp   chili powder
  4   sprouted grain buns or 100 cal buns
Directions:
  Heat large non stick skillet over medium high heat. While pan is heating, combine the garlic,onion, and bell pepper in the bowl of a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. When the pan is hot spray with cooking spray. Add the chopped vegetables and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook stirring occasionally until the mixture is fragrant and the vegetables are tender. About 4 minutes. Add the turkey to pan and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break it up. Season with salt and pepper. When turkey is cooked through, add the ketchup, water, worcestershire sauce, and chili powder. Bring the mixture to a simmer stirring occasionally. Toast the buns in the oven. Divide mixture among 4 buns.
