Chicken ala King

  Quick and easy version of a classic
Ingredients:
  4   Individually frozen biscuits
  1 1/2 C   sliced, fresh mushrooms
  1/4 C   onion, diced
  1/4 C   celery, diced
  1/3 C   butter
  1/4 C   flour
  1/4 tsp   salt
  1 C   chicken broth
  2 C   chicken, cooked and cubed
Directions:
  Bake biscuits according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute mushrooms, onion, and celery in butter until tender. Stir in flour and salt until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened.

Add chicken. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, simmer for 4-6 min or until heated through. Serve with biscuits.
