Shrimp Stir Fry

  Shrimp Stir Fry
Ingredients:
  1 tsp   Olive Oil
  2 T   Bottled minced ginger
  2 T   Seasoned rice vinegar
  1 tsp   Bottled minced garlic
  1 small   Red bell pepper, bite sized
  1 cup   veggies (brocoli, mushrooms, zucchini)
  1.50 lbs   peeled & deveined large shrimp
  2 T   Sesame Seeds
  2 Cups   cooked brown rice
Directions:
  Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Combine ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and garlic in a separate bowl. Add vegetables to the pan and and stir-fry two minutes or until tender. Add shrimp and stir-fry three minutes or until done. Add soy sauce mixture and cook one minute. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with brown rice.
