Vegetarian three-bean hotdish

  Sally Eberle three-bean hotdish but with more beans and no meat. All credit goes to her.
Ingredients:
  2 T   cooking oil
  1 medium   onion, diced
  0.50 cup   ketchup
  1 T   mustard
  1 T   vinegar
  0.25 cup   brown sugar
  2 cans (400g)   kidney beans, drained
  2 cans (400g)   butter beans, drained
  2 cans (400g)   baked beans (do not drain)
    Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
  Fry onion in the cooking oil, add remaining ingredients and simmer 10-15 minutes. Serve with rice to complete the protein in the beans.
