Feta Stuffed Chicken Burgers (WW)***

Ingredients:
  1 Lb   Ground Chicken
  1 Tbs   Oregano
  1/4 Tsp   Garlic Powder
  7 Tbs   Feta Cheese Crumbled
  4 Items   Hamburger Rolls
  1 Cup   Romaine Lettuce, Cut into Thick Strips
  2/3 Cup   Roasted Red Peppers (Packed in Water), Sliced
  5   Black Olives, Sliced
Directions:
  1, Preheat grill or broiler

2. In a medium bowl, combine chicken, oregano, garlic powder and feta; divide mixture into 4 balls and press them gently into patties.

3. Grill or broil patties until internal temperature of burgers reach 165F about 7-8 minutes per side.

4. Serve each burger on a bun with 1/4 lettuce, pepper and 1 Tsp of olives.

Yields 1 burger per serving
