Ingredients:
  1 med   onion
  1 tbsp   olive oil
  2 tsp   chili powder
  3 cups   cooked brown or white rice
  1 15oz   can drained kidney beans
  1 can   chilies
Directions:
  saute 1 medium onin in 1 tbsp olive oil for 4 minutes. add in 2 tsp chili power and 3 cups cooked rice. add in 1 15-oz can drained kidney beans. top with canned chilies if desired. cook 1 minute through.
