add crockpot chicken with stock or use 3-4 chicken thighs and boil until you can shred with forks. Add mushrooms, rough chopped onion, dry italian dressing. Stir and then add brown rice. Cook for 45 minutes. can sub or add zuchinni, green onions, bell peppers...if you don't have the dry italian dressing mix you can use mixed italian seasonings and garlic as a sub...not quite as good but works.
