sausage au gratin potato skillet

  Easy skillet dinner using sausage and boxed potatoes.
Ingredients:
  1 box   au gratin potatoes
  1   smoked sausage or kielbasa
  1 TBSP   olive oil
  2 c   water
  1/2 tsp   black pepper
  1 c   shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
  Heat oil in skillet. Slice sausage in half lengthwise and into 1/2 inch pieces. Brown sausage in oil. Drain. Add potatoes and cheese mix, add water and pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Top with shredded cheese (do not stir in) and heat until melted through.
