rice crust pizza

  easy pizza
Ingredients:
  3 cups   cooked white or brown rice
  1   egg beaten
  2 tbsp   grated parmesan
  2 tsp   basil
  4 oz   lite mozzerella
  1 cup   low fat pizza sauce
  1 cup   mushrooms
  1 cup   red or green peppers
Directions:
  take 23 cups cooked rice. add 1 beaten egg, parmesan cheese, and basil. mix well. press into round 12-ince pizza pan. spread evenly. bake in a 350 degree preheated oven for 10 minutes. top with 4 oz lite mozz, 1 cup low fat pizza sauce, 1 cup mushrooms and peppers. return to oven and bake as directed.
