  pesto pasta
Ingredients:
  1 lb   cooked pasta
  3   garlic cloves, unpeeled
  2 packed cups   basil
  1/2 cup   olive oil
  1/4 cup   nuts
  1/2 cup   grated parmesan
    Salt & Pepper
Directions:
  1. toast garlic in skillet over med. heat until fragrant and spotty brown. about 7 minutes. Transfer to plate and cool before peeling.
2. Add peeled garlic, basil, oil, nuts and parmesan in processor til smooth. Salt & Pepper to taste. toss with pasta.
