patty's chicken burritos

Easy to make using frozen bean burritos |
Ingredients: |

10 each |
|
frozen bean burritos (thawed) |
|
1 can |
|
cream of mushroom soup |
|
2 cups |
|
shredded cheese |
|
1 lb |
|
boneless chicken tenders or thighs |
|
1 can |
|
olives (chopped) |
Directions: |
|
Cook chicken in boiling water for 10 min until done. Preheat oven to 350.
Meanwhile, coat 9x11 baking pan with pam spray. Place 8-10 bean burritos in the baking pan.
When chicken is cooked, chop and sprinkle over the top of the burritos.
Mix cream of mushroom soup, 1/5 cups of the cheese, and the olives (I like to also add a tablespoon of green taco sauce) and pour over the chicken & burritos. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
Serve with rice and/or tortilla chips.
