oriental ginger pork meatballs

2 oz with 1 tbsp sauce

Ingredients: |

1 lb |
|
lean pork tenderloin trimmed and ground |
|
2 garlic |
|
cloves minced |
|
1 tsp |
|
ground ginger |
|
1 tsp |
|
lite soy sauce |
|
1/4 cup |
|
rice vinegar |
|
1/2 cup |
|
lite soy sauce |
|
1/4 cup |
|
tomato paste |
|
2 tbsp |
|
honey |
|
1 tbsp |
|
tabasco sauce |
Directions: |
|
preheat oven to 350.
1 combine pork, garlic, giner and 1 tsp soy sauce. form into 2 inch meatballs
2 combine rest of ingredients for the sauce
3. bake meatballs for 20 minutes. add sauce and bake 10 more minutes
serve meatballs.
