noodles & ground beef soup

Quick & easy soup that tastes even better as left-overs. I make a double batch so we can have it for lunch a day or two later. It's also very easy to adjust the ingredients for more/fewer portions. |
Ingredients: |

2 lb |
|
hamburger |
|
2 bags |
|
Inn Maid Kluski noodles |
|
3 lg |
|
carrots, sliced diagonally |
|
1 lg |
|
onion, chopped |
|
1 Tblsp |
|
garlic powder |
|
2 tsp |
|
salt |
|
1 sm can |
|
diced tomatoes |
Directions: |
|
Cook kluski noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Meanwhile, brown hamburger and onion until cooked through. Drain off fat. Put the hamburger and all the other ingredients in the pan with the noodles and cook until the carrots are softened to your liking. Serve & enjoy!
