I love having this on cool fall days |
Ingredients: |

beef stew meat |
|

onions, chopped |

2 stalks |
|
celery, diced |
|

carrots, cut into chunks |

potatoes, cut into chunks |
|

salt |

1/4 tsp. |

pepper |
|

sugar |

bay leaf |

2 Tbsp. |

fresh parsley, chopped |

3 Tbsp. |

tapioca |

tomato juice |

beef broth |
Directions: |
|
Put everything in a casserole with a tight fitting lid. Cover tightly and cook for 4-5 hours at 250 degrees. DO NOT PEEK!
