A fun way for Jedi's to eat their vegetables. I add other veggies also such as baby carrots, bell pepper strips, and celery |
Ingredients: |

fresh herb sprigs (parsley, thyme, chives, etc.) |
|
1/2 cup |
|
plain yogurt |
|
4 ounces |
|
cream cheese |
|
1 tsp |
|
Worcestershire sauce |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
garlic salt |
|
1 tsp |
|
pepper |
|
1 head |
|
broccoli |
Directions: |
|
1. Chop herbs
2. Mix yogurt and cream cheese until smooth. Add the chopped herbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Stir well
3. Cover and chill for at least one hour.
4. Cut off the florets of the broccoli head, cut the larger ones to a smaller size.
5. Spread the dip in the bottom of a shallow pan. Stand the florets upright side by side to make an Ewok forest.
