  1 28oz   can crushed tomatoes
  1 lrg   carrot
  4 cloves   chopped garlic
  1 tsp   dried oregano
  1 tsp   sugar
  1 tsp   salt
  1.50 tsp   red pepper flakes
  2.30 cups   phili italian and herb cooking cream
  1 box   barilla plus rotini pasta
