cinnamon pear smoothie

Good breakfast recipe or snack. Can use fresh pears or canned in a pinch. |
Ingredients: |

whole pears |
|

|
bananas, frozen |
|
1 cup |
|
milk |
|
0.50 cup |
|
vanilla yogurt |
|
1 tsp |
|
cinamon |
|
1 dash |
|
nutmeg |
Directions: |
|
Peel and slice pears, place in food processor or blender, add rest of ingredients. I have subbed ice cream for milk, just as good...thicker too.
