chkn teriyaki stir fry

serves: 4
  Chkn teriyaki stir fry served over white rice
Ingredients:
  14 oz   chkn breasts
  2 tbsp's   sesame oil
  1.50 medium   onion
  1 1   grn bell pepper
  1 1   red bell pepper
  1 cup   zucchini
  1 cup   yel squash
  6 tbsp's   kikkoman terriyaki marinade and sauce
  2 tbsp's   corn starch
Directions:
  Clean/slice chkn and veggies
Heat pan to medium-hight heat
Add sesame oil -allow to heat up for a few seconds
Add chkn, stir fry untill cooked almost through
Add zucchini, yel squash and onion -stir fry 3-4mins
Untill they begin to soften.
Add peppers, stir fry another 3-4mins untill crisp-tender
Add teriyaki sauce and corn starch, stir to mix well
Cook an extra 1-2mins to allow flavor to soak into
Chkn and veggies.
