broccoli florets (2-3 lb) |
|
2 qts |
|
water |
|
1 tbsp |
|
corn oil |
|
1 tbsp |

sesame oil |

3 tbsp |
|
lite soy sauce |
|
1/2 cup |
|
minced scallions |
|
3 garlic |
|
cloves minces |
Directions: |
|
in large pot bring water to boil. blanch brocolli. immediately drain broccoli and plunge into ico cold water to stop the cooking. drain again.place in large salad bowl
combine the dressign ingredients and add the broccoli. toss well. refrigerate till ready to serve.
