Chicken wings that are baked are healthier than deep fried, so give these a try. |
Ingredients: |
1 24-piece bag |
frozen chicken wings |
4 Tbl |
hot sauce (your choice) |
3 Tbl |
butter or margarine |
2 tsp |
garlic salt |
salt and pepper to taste |
ranch or blue cheese dressing |
celery & carrots |
Directions: |
Thaw and rinse frozen wings, preheat oven. Salt and pepper wings. Lay parchment on a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan. Lay prepared wings on parchment.
Bake at 350* for 30-45 minutes, depending on your preferred texture for wings (crispness of skin, etc.).
Take out wings, set aside to cool momentarily while you prepare sauce (melt butter/margarine, mix in hot sauce and garlic salt).
Toss wings in a bowl with hot sauce mixture.
Serve with dressing, celery, and carrots.
