Marinated chicken thighs are perfect for the grill. Moist and tender, it's practically impossible to overcook. |
Ingredients: |
2.50 lbs |
skinless, boneless chicken thighs (8-10) |
5 tbsp |
Braggs liquid aminos or soy sauce |

green onions, chopped |
2 |
garlic cloves, minced |
1 tbsp |
sesame oil |

1 tsp |

2 tbsp |
chili garlic sauce or ketchup |
1/8 tsp |
liquid smoke |
Directions: |
Put chicken in a gallon zipper bag or glass dish. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Seal bag, place in a baking pan and marinate in refrigerator several hours or overnight, turning bag occasionally. Cook chicken on grill (or broil) over direct, medium heat for about 20 minutes turning occasionally until juices run clear.
You can also bake the chicken in a 9x13" pan at 350º for about 30-45 minutes, turning chicken over every 10 minutes, until chicken is done.
