Ingredients: |

|
deer burger or hamburger |
|
2/3 c |
|
cracker or bread crumbs |
|
1 c |
|
milk |
|
1/4 c |
|
grated onion |
|
1 tsp |
|
sage |
|
2 |
|
eggs, beaten |
|
3 Tbsp |
|
brown sugar |
|
1/4 C |
|
ketchup |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
nutmeg |
|
1 tsp |
|
dry mustard |
Directions: |
|
Heat oven to 350. Prepare topping: Mix brown sugar, ketchup, nutmeg and dry mustard. Set topping aside.
Mix all other ingredients, form into loaf pan. Cover with topping. Bake 1.5 hours.
