White Bean and Sausage Rigatoni

Ingredients: |

2 C |
|
Dried rigatoni |
|
1 15 oz. |
|
can canellini beans or great northern beans |
|
1 14 oz. |
|
can italian-style stewed tomatoes |
|
8 oz. |
|
cooked sausage cut in 1/2 inch pcs. |
|
1 Tbsp. |
|
dried basil |
|
1/4 c |
|
shredded asiago or parmesan chs. |
Directions: |
|
Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and return to saucepan. Meanwhile in a large saucepan, combine beans, undrained tomatoes, sausage, and basil. cook and stir until heated through. add bean mixture to pasta. serve and sprinkle with chs.
