Weight Watchers Dijon Pork Cutlets***

Ingredients:
  16 oz   Boneless Pork Chops (8 Chops)
  3 Tbs   Dijon Mustard
  1 1/2 tsp   Apple Cider Vinegar
  1 tsp   Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  1/4 Cup   Water
  3 Tbs   Sugar
Directions:
  1. Pound each Pork chop to a 1/4 inch thickness
2. Combine Mustard, Vinegar, Red Pepper Flakes, & Sugar in a small bowl.
3. Place Pork in a shallow dish; spoon mixture onto pork, turning over to coat. Let stand 15 min
4. Heat Large Skillet with cooking spray over med-high heat. Add pork and cook 4 min. turn cutlets over, Spoon additional sauce over cutlets and cook an additional 2 min or until done
5. Add water, stirring slightly. Cook 2 min or until slightly thickened. Turn pork to coat and place on serving platter. Pour pan juices over pork
