Put olive oil in a skillet and heat up over medium heat.
Combine flour, salt, and pepper in a larger bowl or plate.
Flour steaks on both sides.
Brown the steaks on both sides in the skillet.
Once browned remove the steaks from the plate.
Add can of cream of mushroom to the skillet, pour in a can full of water, add the flour mixture as well.
Blend water, soup, and flour together until smooth. Bring to a boil.
Place steaks into a glass casserole dish.
Cover with gravy mixture.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
