Mix all 7 dry ingredients in a large bowl. Using water from your hot water faucet, (about 110-115 F) mix eggs, oil, vinager, and ater in a 4 cup measuring cup and add to dry mixture.Spoon the mixture int bread maker. Set the controls for basic white or lite settings.
This can also be made using conventional bread making methods, just follow the directions for basic, white bread in your cook book.
* You may substitute 1 cup of Bob's Red Mill White bean flour or Corn Flour.
