Ingredients: |

|
green onion, chopped |
|

|
garlic clove, minced |
|
2 tbsp |
|
peanut oil, plus more for brushing on |
|
2 tbsp |
|
peanuts or cashews, minced |
|
2 tbsp |
|
lime zest |
|
1 1/2 tsp |
|
sugar |
|
1 1/2 tsp |
|
fish sauce |
|
1/2 tsp |
|
chili sauce or siracha sauce |
|
1/4 tsp |
|
salt |
|
8 oz |
|
lean ground beef |
|
1 jar |
|
grape leaves, rinsed and drained (16) |
Directions: |
|
Combine everything except the beef and mix well. Crumble beef over mixture and gently combine. Place 1 Tbsp filling on each leaf and roll up, tucking sides in. Brush with peanut oil. Cook on grill pan 10 minutes over medium heat until cooked through and firm, turning once. Serve with Asian Lime Dipping Sauce.
